Alan Toweel Boxing Gym specialises in BOXING TRAINING. Boxing is a great workout and release – whether you’re new to the sport and in it for the exercise or if you’re competing at amateur or professional level.

Before you enter the boxing ring you need to be fit and you need to know how to put on hand bandages, how to punch and most importantly, how to move.

You’ll go through intense circuit training in each class to build up your fitness levels, learning techniques and strategy as you go. You’ll be matched to partners to spar and practice with along the way.
